Vacant homes require full or partial staging depending on budget allowance.  Often we focus on the main rooms of the house i.e. living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms.

We maintain a vast inventory of furniture such as sofas, chairs, dining room tables and bedroom furniture.  We also offer a variety of home décor items to include art work, silk trees and plants, lamps, linens and decorative accessories.  Rental rates vary depending on the selection.

Occupied Homes
After you have completed all the suggested corrections on the evaluation report, we can then return and “Stage your house” with the items you have already in your home.  Again we will focus on the priority rooms in the house that we feel will make the biggest impact to potential buyers.

Open Houses
This service is invaluable.  We arrive before your next scheduled open house and get your home ready for the masses.  Our experience has taught us the large and small things that should be done moments before your house is to be shown.
